Yes, we purchase devices based on specific condition criteria:

1. iPhones (Series X and newer): We buy iPhones in a variety of conditions—from brand new to scratched, cracked, or broken—as long as they are in working condition. We also accept blacklisted iPhones.
    
2. Other Devices (MacBooks, Samsung phones, Apple Watches, etc.): These items must be in good to excellent condition and free from major damage such as broken screens or hardware issues.

If you're outside our local pickup area or prefer to ship, simply select your device and its condition to get started. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label at no extra cost. Once your device arrives at our facility, our technicians will inspect it, and you’ll receive your payment via e-transfer immediately after approval. The entire process is quick, secure, and hassle-free. 

 Including original accessories (charger, cable, box, etc.) may increase your offer, but they are not required unless specified. 

 We recommend backing up your data, performing a factory reset, and removing any iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts to avoid delays in processing.
